Returns & Refunds policy

You have a window of 6 hours to cancel your order without providing any reason.

To cancel your order within this time frame, you must inform us through a clear statement.

You can communicate your decision to cancel your order via email at looneytravel@gmail.com.

Refund Process:

If you cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, we will reimburse you promptly.

Reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method as your original order, with no additional fees incurred by you.

Conditions for Returns:

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Digital products, as they are non-refundable.

  • Custom-made items such as t-shirts, hoodies, and puzzles, due to their personalized nature.

However, if there are any issues with these custom-made items, please contact us to resolve them. In the case of printing defects on t-shirts, hoodies, or puzzles, please reach out to us with accompanying pictures to discuss a potential refund. It may take up to 48h to process the claim and contact the manufacturer. Reach out to us via email and also provide pictures.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions at our discretion.

Returning Goods:

As our products are all custom made for each customer we do not accept returns

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift during purchase and were shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equivalent to the return's value. Upon receipt of the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present it to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
