We sell digital travel products and custom-made physical items. Due to the nature of these products, different refund rules apply depending on what you purchased.

Digital Travel Guides

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our main digital travel guides.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing:

Please include your order details so we can locate your purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used at checkout.

After 7 days, all digital guide sales are final due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital delivery.

Other Digital Products

All other digital products are non-refundable once delivered, unless:

  • The file is defective or inaccessible, and

  • We are unable to provide a working replacement

In such cases, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Custom-Made Physical Items (e.g. T-Shirts, Hoodies, Puzzles)

All physical products are made to order and are non-returnable due to their custom nature.

However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To request help:

Claims are typically reviewed within 48 hours. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient:

  • Any approved refund will be issued as store credit

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • Any refund will be issued to the original purchaser
